At Spinzo Worldwide, all products are made to order. This means each item is printed and produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
Please make sure to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos showing the issue
If approved, a replacement will be sent free of charge.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. Replacement eligibility will be determined based on shipping carrier confirmation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
• The item is confirmed defective
• The item was lost in transit
• We are unable to provide a replacement
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
